We recommend a 1-to-1 PT session every 1-2 weeks for each of your team members.

Working in pairs is a great way to get your Work Wellness Club started.
We encourage your team to 'buddy up' to keep each other motivated.


Group PT Sessions
A group session is a great way to boost team morale and motivation.​
With up to 6 team members we can run themed group sessions that are fun and informative.


Chair Massage
A neck, shoulder and back rub is a great way to ease out the tensions associated with a sedentary work life.
Regularly scheduling a chair massage day for your whole team is what we recommend as part of your Work Wellness package.
