From there, we will be able to provide you with a tailored proposal and price. It will detail the number of on-site visits we will make, as well as the trainer/masseur capacity you will need to ensure that each of your team members has time with us each week.

All prices are based on a visit by one personal trainer or masseur.
Personal Training (PT)
- 1/2 hour PT sessions with 1 - 6 people.
Equipment will be set up by the trainer, with options to rent or purchase equipment to set up permanently.
Chair massage
between 10 - 30 minute sessions per person.
